PCN Code 62

Hi All,

I got PCN code 62 in Dagenham RM8 between Lodge Ave and Academy way (sorry I can't load photos any help?). I parked in this place several times over the last year as I 'm living there and I never got one. I parked as the cars in the front of me on the pavement and the footpath on our left with gray color. the only difference there is dotted line demarcation on the pavment where the other cars parked but not in mine. the area is quiet & not controlled zone and I never seen any warden over the last year so I think they catch me on CCTV then send one to issue the PCN. Also the location in PCN said bus stop but I parked after the bus stop not in it. Can I appeal on the ground of the above.

You haven't made it clear but I suspect you mean a real Council PCN as opposed to all the private ones we advise on every day? Everyone can appeal both types of PCN of course - and most people win in the end. Same advice as on yesterday's thread as linked above.

So register and start a new thread there with pics of the space you parked, from the Council's evidence, and a photo or scan of both sides of the PCN. Don't just copy the above post into pepipoo without pics; they need pics.

I agree with Orford. Relax and wait for the Notice to Owner and then make formal representations.

If that is rejected appeal to the adjudicator.
