Something Mr Branson really needs to address
As you've already been told, Retentions will pass you back to Collections if you contact them over a billing issue.
If you've sent a written complaint, you need to wait for them to respond.0 -
If you have already sent a complaint in writing, then wait for it to be resolved by that route. Retentions obviously have the best people there because of the nature of their specialised job, but their function is solely to retain customers, not sort out the billing issues of ex-customers.No free lunch, and no free laptop0
