Guys,

i am after some information on experiences with loan brokers.

i am also looking to see if there is anything that can be done to provide better services form these companies.

And if you was aware of an initial fee and was refunded in a timely manner should they not provide a service would you use a broker.

  • I wouldnt go within a 100 miles of a broker
  • Think of loan brokers as either outright scam artists who will steal money from your bank account, or at best a business model that charges £69.95 to pass your personal details on to the not so reputable loan sites (Or more scam sites)

I would be suprised if anyone actually got a loan from of these broker sites LOL
  • cheers for the feedback guys i get where your coming from i agree that these companies do take advantage but it is also down to the members to read the terms etc i mean they are very misleading i bet they deal with some serious amounts of applications per day and not all people will write to claim there money back thats what i don't understand

They rely on people not reading the full terms then march into their bank shouting that the loan companies have stolen all their money and that they can't feed their kids or pay their expensive mobile phone bill!
That is how they make their money.
  • but do most people get their moneys back and why does it take so long to shut these people down?

It takes a long time because they are not actually doing anything illegal, they are just preying on the idiotic folk who are happy to punch bank details into any old website willy nilly
  • i mean it took them about 5 years to close down yes loans can you imagine how much money some of these new folks are making i mean even worst case they suspend their licence so they cant trade but no one has ever been prosecuted or paid money back!!

You can't prosecute people for doing something legal.

The point is that the terms and conditions state the fees but no one reads them, but they still tick the "I have read the blah blah blah" box.

Hence, everyone who is charge an admin fee of £70 or whatever by one of these companies deserves to pay it.

It's like if you bought a sandwich from Gregg's for £3 but you didn't read the sticker, just put your card in the machine then tried to use them because you thought the sandwich was free. Ridiculous

The "whoo haaa" is because of the number of idiots that happily enter their card details on random websites, without reading the T&Cs and then come on forums such as this screaming of SCAM and FRAUD.

When their stupidity is pointed out to them, they either slink away never to return or try to defend themselves and show just how idiotic they are.
