  • The home stores are the larger stores, stocking wallpaper, paint, more indoor furniture and some even have a garden centre(ex focus stores)
    Hopeful optimistic.

What item do you mean??? If it's the Kernel King peanut butter I would avoid. It tastes awful, they changed the recipe and are selling it of cheap until the original recipe batches return. I used to buy it by the trolley load then was so disappointed that it changed. I wrote to them and got the changed recipe explanation. Any batch number before L3150 will taste bad!!! Batches after that I expect will be back to the great tasting kind (one hopes...) If it's the sweet chilli sauce it's really good.

Sorry i didn't make it clear in my last post, it was the aforementioned. Thanks for the heads up.

That's the one i am on about, where the focus used to be :)

I might leave it a few weeks before going then if the shelves are empty. Quite a few people i know have been raving about it so i imagine it's a bit manic.

Sorry to be nosey just going by gateway to cornwall and Focus - is it the retail park in Lauceston xx

Looking on their website , some of their stores are described as "bargain stores" others as "home stores" - but I cannot see anywhere that says what the difference is . Any ideas ?

It depends on the size of the store, the "home stores" tend to be bigger on retail parks x

+1 for Fry's Orange cream bars (yipppee!) and also their confectionery range (my Christmas Accomplice & I had a lovely time, picking sweets for family & friends) which undercut the supermarkets easily...
