Just a thought. Do you have a bank or card statement proving you shopped there on the day? Parking Eye have a decent record for cancelling tickets for genuine shoppers.0

Unfortunatly i have only found two previous receipts but they prove i shop there and also pay by cash each time. I have shopped there for years without a problem so certainly didnt hold on to receipts just in case anything should happen. A

Attach copies of the odd receipts you have found to your complaint to show that you are a customer - and explain you pay by cash and no-one expects to keep receipts in case they are scammed by a third party. Really get angry in your complaint, this isn't on!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Finally found two entries of Morrisons shopping in june i used a card. searched throughout house and have only found two paper receipts.
I am currently getting a letter together for ceo so will be glad when both letter/emails sent for now. Morrisons CS have been awfull! Not once mentioned Disability, they just keep sending me in circles from shop back to CS and back to shop and now ignored my strong letter asking why they will not respond to the disability laws and keep asking to see receipts they have already seen again. Waste of my time and theirs.0 -

There are already letters you can use in the Successful Complaints sticky thread. I wrote one about discrimination in Morrisons about a pregnant lady (you would only need to change it to disability discrimination). It's a ranting angry complaint to the CEO - and it worked.
