Phones4U refund policy???

Is it possible to get out of a Phone4U contract?
I signed up for a 24 month contract with EE yesterday for the iPhone 5C but realised I could've got a better deal with my current provider.
I feel I was pushed in buying the contract after I already mentioned to the seller I would struggle to pay the monthly amount.
No money exchanged hands only the handset and the signed contract.
Please help!

I think you are out of luck. No cooling off period for in-store purchases.
If you felt like pushed you should have just walked away.
You can try playing poor signal card, but it's unlikely that they'll buy it.
http://support.phones4u.co.uk/pe/view.jsp?item=10100262Phones4u does not operate a 14 day return period on Pay Monthly Contracts. Contract handsets, however, may be returned within 14 days of the date of sale if the network coverage is considered to be poor at the customers contractual address and no alternative network agreement can be established. Cancellation is subject to network provider approval.0 -

Its called Buyers Remorse, and short of buying out the contract there isn't a way out. Sorry...0
