iphone unlocking charge

does anyone know how much orange charge to unlock iphones out of contract?

also have read some threads before about it taking a long time is this still the same

If they take longer than 30 days (which they often do), you can claim a refund of the charge in respect of their breach of Regulation 19(1) of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

I put a request in for my wife's i5 8 days ago and nothing happened so far...
