As others have posted, you'll get whatever terms are in place when they come up for renewal - current terms are RPI+0.05% for both 3 year and 5 year certs (at least that was the April 2015 renewal).

Are we to assume that offering RPI+0.05% indicates the government expects inflation to take off in future years after the QE experiment?
