07069 Numbers on Orange

Just a quick question. My wife has gone into hospital today (nothing serious thankfully). The direct phone at the side of her bed is reached by dialing 07069190010 and then a four digit extension. Will this number be included in my Orange talk plan minutes? Racoon 25 contract taken out Aug 2006.

All numbers beginning with 070 are classed as personal numbers and are not included in call allowance. For your Orange Racoon 25 price plan, this will be charged at 55p per minute at all times.

Some hospitals are now relaxing rules about using mobile phones in there. The nursing staff aren't under sales contracts to that expensive phone company, so it's worth a discreet question if she can have her phone with her.
