I got mine yesterday. They sent me a text saying:

CONFIRMAION, your upgrade reward of 3.1 pounds has been credited to your balance.

And it was!

I did it on the 19th and got the credit on the 4th (17 days) and they might have a backlog now thanks to us lot all registering with it! lol!

I'm just on the phone to 02 now as i've just a new contract phone yesterday and i'm ringing to keep my old number and to transfer my credit. i've mentioned this and the guy doesn't know anything about it. He's finding out now.

Well spoke to 02 and the offer seemed to be for when you were on PAYG and bought a new handset only! I didn't mention where I got this from I just said a friend told me about it, but my £49 went on last night. So I'm keeping my old sim card with the credit for emergencys.

so let me get this right, I have my current sim card. Which i have been using for a couple of years.

I have a spare new one. I do the above and i will get my credit on my current number and that will be it, i can throw the other new one?

So it wont mess my current sim/number up?

what do i do then if the text number isnt working??

I really dont want to disconnect my nans number!!

if i ring the number what option do i choose? Option1 on my sim i want to keep?

Dont worry ur nans fone wont disconnect....Press option 1 when you have the real sim in on the first call then insert the new card and its option 2 this time

Good luck... my oh has just had $216 credited to his mobile and i got $13 on mine!!!! BTW my pound sign doesnt work so i have to use dollars!!
