Hi Jake thanks for the tip which I am so far on step 1 but my new sim the free one and the one I am happy to get disconnected I can't call 5450 from until I activate it with a 10gbp top up is that right ?

just checking because I then have to use up that credit b4 I disconnect that number

thats what I am getting, dont want to press option 2 from original sim in case it cuts it off.. but option 1 tells you how much then the same waffle as couponmad by the sounds of it...

anyone else tried it in last few days?

Sorry for quoting my own post lol but thats how i done it. As for ringing of the new sim i managed too think coz its an o2 number its fine. I got £11.50 :j

There is no point to top up. It is Free. Although if you have already topped up i would use the credit first obviously.

It does take a minute or 2, and it has worked fine for me 3 times recently. Keep trying it, it does work.

£21 woo! I'm confused though, it said it was going to disconnect my phone - which one though? My existing number or my 'new' one?

Also, which phone gets credited?

That's so strange as this offer is on a leaflet that comes with phones! Why would you want a discount off of a phone, when if you're applying for this offer genuinely you'd already have a new one?! :rotfl:
