it says i get £9, then gives me an authoristion code. And then what do I do??

jakejakejake, HELP!!! looks like i spoke too soon,my old numer the one i wanted to keep using has been disconnected.What did i do wrong? i followed the instructions,got a code,left my details on the automated service.I dont want a new number any ideas?????0

Oh dear! Sounds like you got the phone calls round the wrong way!
I'd get onto o2 Customer Service ASAP and get it sorted!
(TIP: Call 4444 from an o2 mob, dont press anything and it puts you through to CS for free!)

Ive called the number, pressed option 1, got told my reward (£27) but they never give me a code??

as i get it you ring 5450 from your normal number get the code then ring from the new sim 5450 enter your code say your name postcode house number then wait 14 days, well thats how i done it???
