  • Hmm got through but am not sure I wanna go through with it to be honest. Can't afford to mess up my account with O2; it's only "UP TO" £200, no don't I'll get credited with a quid lol.

S**T, just realised how many new sim cards I have  My kitchen cupboard is over flowing with the things.
  • How do you mean by upgrade?

It's nothing to do with transferring numbers is it?

I wanna keep my current number

You keep your current number, you just tell o2 that youve upgraded,, and they disactivate the new sim, and give you free credit!

Upgrade your handset, keeping same number.

I got a miesley £3.10 :( but hey ho, its free :rotfl:
  • Thanks Jakejakejake!
  • Brilliant - I got £35, 10% of what I've topped up over a period, but I didn't catch what that period was and I've not had the phone that long!

I normally hate these kind of things - I'm really impatient - but it was easy and quick, and only took 3 call attempts till I got through.

Thanks so much - a really huge help to me at the moment.

(I gave up trying to remember the ID I used to post with - not been here for a few months, but what a fab find on my return!)
