    Section 18 and Appendix B give details of BPA Code of Practice requirements. The entrance signage is totally non-compliant - nothing remotely resembling the necessary.

    Check requirements out here:

    Hi Umkomaas, thanks for your comment. I have read the BPA CoP and found the signage doesn't looks similar to Appendix B. Is the Appendix B just a guideline, or it's a template that all members have to design similar to it? I haven't measured the size/fond size of the signage, would you please let me know if it's necessary to take a measurement for telling if it's definite complied or not to the CoP? If h0riz0n failed to comply the CoP, does it means this can be a point to appeal to POPLA or we can do something more on it?

    @fb1969:
    This company looks mysterious to me, as it was registered in various locations/companies. Yes it's new and I couldn't find any history about them longer than one year or two, although I've no idea about the other company you mentioned.

    PS, would you mind to update your quote and spell h0riz0n in a unlikely-been-traced way? I would also like to suggest other members to do it in some way like this before the PCN is withdrawn, and edit the post afterwards when the case been closed to help further members to find the post by easy searches.

    The signage is mandatory and they should use that as guideline. But as you can see from here - http://parking-prankster.blogspot.co.uk/2013/11/spot-different-bpa-mandatory-entrance.html - even the big boys like ParkingEye are very creative when it comes to creating their 'signs'.

    And yes, that is definitely a POPLA appeal point!

    Sorry for bumping this thread. It has been more than 2 months since the NTD, and no NTK arrived. Is there any time limit for NTK? or say do I still need to worry this PCN?

    You don't need to worry at all. :)

    Where an NtD is applied the PPC must issue the NtK so it arrives between 28 and 56 days after the NtD. It may well be that this PPC have forgotten about it.

    If they never send an NtK and you then receive a letter from a Debt Recovery company, you simply reply to them AND the PPC to state that this letter is the first communication and as such is the NtK, and you require them to accept this response as your appeal to the NtK.

    You then detail your appeal points, one of which is no keeper liability as the NtK is out of time, as per typical templates you'll find here. :)

    UPDATE: I finally received the NTK on early Apr, which dated 3 Apr and it was almost 5 months after the NTD :(

    I am not a native English speaker, draft a legal letter is far too difficult for me :( I have spent hours here trying to find a proper template, however I haven't found a thread about late NTK (I remember I saw one a couple months ago but I can't find it now :( ) Could anyone suggest me a template to fight back? Many thanks in advance!!

    And please find the NTK in the image below:

    How kind of them not to charge a surcharge for paying by card

    Seems like they are out of time to go down the keeper liability route (29 to 56 days I believe)
