I have claimed co. Delay to Cuba on a Virgin flight it was about 10 or more hours and a technical fault which is showing on their website. They are refusing based "the application was no made within 6 years of the scheduled arrival of the flight." The forum states we can go back to Feb 05 does anyone know how we can challenge the flight was on 3rd Nov 2005 we challenged in early Sep 2013 THANKS

no airline is going to pay out for flights over 6 years ago. They can safely refuse or ignore you, knowing that there is absolutely nothing you can do about it. You would have needed to have raised court action before 3rd November 2011
