No win, no fee in Scotland?

Hi all,

I've sent my initial flight delay compensation claim letter to Thomson more than a fortnight ago for a delay both to and from Edinburgh-Sharm El Sheik in the summer.

I asked for a response within 14 days and not surprised not to have heard nothing back yet.

I just want to progress to putting this in the hands of a lawyer to deal with, accepting the costs involved etc. Are there any recommendations out there in Scotland for a lawyer to use on a no-win, no-fee basis?

Thanks in advance

  • I'm using Bott & Co for mine and they have accepted taking on my claim so I don't think it matters to them that my flight was from Scotland.
