Changing back to IE7 from IE 10

I would not advise going back to IE7 - it's ancient by IT standards, full of security holes and also non-standards compliant, which means newer websites may not display on it correctly.
If you can't get on with later versions of IE, SeaMonkey is a browser with a traditional interface i.e. old-style menus and toolbars, that may be worth trying. It's actively developed and supported, and I've enjoyed using it for years. It runs on the same Gecko engine as Firefox.0
