I have cc the e-mail to the The Sun as the comp was from their Fabulous mag it was the PR company that was arranging everything and whom I dealt with.

Very strange to hear that such a big company like the Sun would make such a big mix up! I'm really sorry to hear that you had such a bad anniversary. I definitely think they should offer you some kind of compensation! Here's hoping you win another comp soon to make up for this x
