need a phone number for o2 to cancel my contract which is up next month (got it thru CNM) on their website it says if phone was bought in 02 store ring 087...or online o2 0870... which number do i use??

I would write a recorded delivery letter to them regarding cancellation, most times you ring up they will just ask you to write in, (sometimes very rudely they just hang up when you have been told this) people who have phoned in to cancel have been told they have no knowledge of the call and are forced into paying an extra months line rental.0
