It has affected my relationship really - were still ok - don't get me wrong but we'd only been married 6 months when he came and so therefore havent really had any US time (we both have kids) and we used to have a few days/nights where the kids stayed with other parent etc where we did whatever we wanted - its just not the same - I know hubby tolerates it coz he loves me so but its not fiar now. Plus we need the room back - our kids allbunk in one and he has a room to himself!Focusing on clearing the credit cards in 2018 :T0

I said to him it was lovely to have him stay but it would have been better under different circumstances (ie a planned visit). hopefully I will be registered as a childminder soon so if there is a next time I can tell him to stay put and sort it out as he wont be able to stay with me as he is not CRB checked...!
