Hi
New to this forum and just after a bit of advice please. In May 2010 we went on a package holiday to Crete flying from Humberside. The flight was delayed by four hours plus, we were told at the time the reason but I cannot find the exact arrival time or reason now as it is missing from the flightstats website. The airline was Eurocypria which was since become bankrupt. However the holiday was paid for on a credit card so can this be a possible avenue. Just wanted some advice before I ask credit card firm for copies of old statements. Any advice gratefully received.

S'pose you could always start by reading the FAQ's at the beginning of this thread

Alternatively, write to them and ask for some vouchers0 -
Pretty sure that section 75 claims have no time limit - other than the statutory one - so go ahead0

A claim under s 75 is only likely to succeed if you paid the airline and I expect you paid for a package to a travel agent or tour operator? If that is the case, I don't see any claim as tour operators are not liable for claims under EU2610
