They don't chase you through courts or appoint bailiffs...they will however trash your credit rating for the next 6 years and sell the debt to debt collectors who will harass you and add costs to the debt.You have no chance. There are so many posts similar to yours. No mobile company will let you off. They will bleed you till you default then chase you through the courts/bailiffs etc. .
Far better as others suggest to sell the phone and keep the contract running with a cheapieIt's not just about the money0 -
Hopefully the op will get more work even temporary Christmas work to help towards bills.
