O2 Upgrade
Looking at the charges for an upgrade on the O2 site makes me laugh, they must think that their customers (us) have sub zero IQ. Look at this for the new LG Nexus 5, irrespective of the fact that they are trying to charge £480/£530 for a phone that costs £330 from Google. They are actually charging less for the phone if you take it free. This just looks so nonsensical, could someone confirm that I have this correct?

They are ridiculous. They tried to convince me today that a £14 monthly sim only with 300 mins, 300 texts and 250mb of data on a 24 month contract was better than Tesco's £10 rolling monthly (no fixed term) with 500 mins, 5000 texts and 1gb data.
Suffice to say that after 8 years or so, I am no longer an O2 customer.0
