Help - Siemens A60 stuck on divert

Can anybpdy help me please, i have the above phone and it is stuck on going straight to voicemail, I have tried tool, setup, divert, clear all but even though it says all diverts off it hasnt made any difference!!

Have you tried entering the code manually? Try #21#send(green button) and see what happens.

if all else fails, u could always do a reset of all settings

I'm confused because call diverts are network, not phone, settings. If there is something odd with the phone and DVB's suggestion does not work, you could ask customer services about the status of your call diverts; they can cancel them remotely.

yep i would say andy is right , i had my cell phone stuck on voicemail and i called my [provider and they altered the settings on the spot.

Does anybody have a geographic number to ring Siemens customer helpline, as they are on an 0870, and I've had to ring them twice recently (at 9p a minute) and I was put on hold twice and asked for information which I had already given them!
