My 2 BS orders have just arrived ! I had a dispatch email for one of them a couple of days ago but heard nothing about the second order so I thought I was only going to get one order delivered. There is still hope for everyone who is still waiting - the orders may well just turn up without a dispatch email.

the point is she broke the rules....their rules and it is their game.....so why try to pretend its anything other than what it is?
I am not having a go.....I have said everyone has to play the game within their own comfort levels........but we KNOW what the rules are and if we break them then why try to pretend we havent ?

I would not have signed either but if i had broken the rules of their scheme I would expect to be excluded.....in any walk of life

this is my point head office say you are not breaking any rules by shopping for other people and going over the £100

Yes I agree but I would still have contacted head office and play it by ear. Beer, beans, crisps etc don't do it for me. Now choccy maybe lol

yeah you are probably a gobby cow like i am :D:D:D not that long ago a friend was with me when I got stopped by staff and security with 1p pic n mix.......my friend was mortified - and even more mortified when I opened my mouth - polite but firm I like to call it :D of course that involved chocolate :rotfl:

she nearly fell over when they asked me to return to customer service so they could scan my purchase.........and i told them they have plenty on the shelf of their own- go and scan those:rotfl:

Finally got my 2 body shop order dispatch conformation emails yesterday but I have just looked on my online banking account and they refunded me late last night on both orders then charged me again this morning for the same amounts. can they do this without my authorisation and they also must store your credit card details??

So how many people is she going to say she bought 52 cases of snake piddle for ? Never mind cheese, biscuits, chocolates, cats piddle and everything else ? These aren't 'normal' shopping lists that you could esily say were for elderly neighbours/grandparents etc.
