the point is she broke the rules....their rules and it is their game.....so why try to pretend its anything other than what it is?
I am not having a go.....I have said everyone has to play the game within their own comfort levels........but we KNOW what the rules are and if we break them then why try to pretend we havent ?

I would not have signed either but if i had broken the rules of their scheme I would expect to be excluded.....in any walk of life:D

Yes I agree but I would still have contacted head office and play it by ear. Beer, beans, crisps etc don't do it for me. Now choccy maybe lol

I agree in principle - but YQ isn't denying that she broke the rules. She has said several times that she was taking the **** and that she just got carried away with the bargains (especially on the snakes). She isn't trying to justfy what she did, just upset at her own silly mistakes.

Its easy to say what we would have done in her situation - but I guess she was really stressed and scared once they took her into the office and started lecturing her. Once intimidated she would probably have signed anything to get out - probably regreted it afterwards when she had time to think rationally.

Loads of us really should be one hell of a lot more careful what we are doing with APG's - its very obvious from the multiple shops being posted on here (and the photos) that a fair number of people are probably almost up to YQ on usage and it is probably only a matter of time before others get the same treatment instore. I don't know what I've used in a month but, taking into account the snakes, cats, biscuits and the wombles its almost certainly over the limit. I had a little wake up call last week when a CA (a new guy who is as good as gold and readily admits that I have educated him on what to do with APG's when I present them) commented that I seem to get a lot of APG's . He's noticed and its likely that others have as well - after all, we all tend to look out for CA's that we've used before and know won't try to 'trout' us.

I still reckon YQ should keep her head down for a while and not involve HQ - especially as, if they look into it closely , they will spot her 52 cases of snakes with APG's of £15/£18 each and it will take an awful lot of wriggling to justify that even involving shopping for relatives !
