its a private company .......they can do what they want as the terms of the scheme were broken.

Tell you what......let's all complain to head office, lets raise the profile of apg 'abuse' and lets get the scheme stopped as it clearly has faults and we should help sada to identify those faults.

i spoke with the ceo directorates office ( in fact the pa to the ceo himself) who said that its there fault about the apg and they know all about it but cant do nothing about it as the gathering is not done by them
a store cannot ban you for excessive use of apg ( ceo offces advice) but may find another way of doing so which they did with me so yes sometimes best to lay low for a bit
i pesonally only do once or twice a week now as opposed to 3 times a day in 2 stores at the height last year

after all these are personal opinions and we all do what we feel confortable with

ive learnt out of all of this you need broad shoulders as staff will do what they can to rile you up

Morning all & thanks Bubbs for the new thread!

Results from my pasta and bean shop from 22:08 last night:
The green grapes knocked £1 off APG but overall I'm happy with it.

Yoghurt Queen, I was trying to read what had happened while I was at work last night but my phone signal wasn't great.
I guess when a glitch isn't plastered all over 10wys or the dark side with easy to use instructions we must stick out an awful lot easier.
On a glitch a while ago in Ts (might have been butter and yogs) I visited the store 3 different times and went through 3 different tills. On the 3rd visit I was clocked by an SA who I speak to who told me the managers were aware of the glitch because security had noticed someone had been through the store 3 times for the same things. I wasn't sure if it was me they were referring to but I did tread carefully for a while after that.

Hopefully it all gets resolved :)
