Thank you and I will.
Just needed to learn the art of I don't necessarily need that immense bargain
So far I am doing very well.........hmmmmm but perhaps its because I missed the immense bargains that I am doing well!!!0 -
Private property is any property owned by private persons and not by the government or reserved for public use. Private property includes buildings and real estate as well as objects and intellectual property. People who own property have the right to manage it and control it. A store, for example, is private property. Offering merchandise for sale implies an invitation to enter, but the store is entitled to ban someone from coming in. The person could be a suspected shoplifter or a troublemaker, or he can be banned for any reason, as long as it is not based on bias
I would be carful if I were in your shoes
as you could quite clearly not handle it when sada pulled you on your APG
you would crumble if they call the cops and you will get nicked for trespass as you are now officially banned by sada
and you cant deny it as sada have a signature and cctv footage of you that is backed up for months at a time before being recorded over
be carful because you can get nicked if they call the old bill I know as I have been done for trespass:eek:
I don't blame her for wanting to use her outstanding APG's - but I do think she would be much wiser to use them very carefully, in limited quantities and possibly get her DH to use some . I thought that was what she initially planned to do - but using a quantity of them over one week in just 3 stores (and buying expensive champagne) isn't keeping a low profile.
Also, admitting what she is doing on here may not be wise either - stores do look at these sites and they mightbe able to tie her user persona up with someone they have banned. Possibly thats paranioa setting in but I'd really hate to see her up ***** creek again.ELITE 5:2

I've done a quick search and couldn't find this mentioned, so hope I've not duplicated anything.
Here are the results of an A v M womble from last night. The receipt shows a multibuy discount of £1.70 for 'Soup 5 for £2' as they bought 5 mug shot soups. The APG only shows 4 soups at 74p each. The soups, currently, only compare favourably against M.
Sorry, but I don't have time to research which flavours could be triggers as I'm currently working and I know there are some very clever people on here who can do it a lot quicker than me.
1 x Mug Shot Pasta Creamy Cheese (68g) £0.74 £0.50
1 x Mug Shot Pasta Roast Chicken Flavour (55g) £0.74 N/A
1 x Mug Shot Noodles Thai Style (55g) £0.74 N/A
1 x Mug Shot Noodles Peri Peri Flavour (56g) £0.74 £0.50
This one is missing from MSM for me -

Mug Shot Macaroni Cheese Pasta Snack.
Can anyone see it on MSM?
IF it is the trigger, this, plus 4 of the ones at 50p in M's would cost £2 and add £1.16 to APG (so 84p for 5).0 -

I was told I was banned from all Asda stores and that if I was to darken their doors again, i'd be escorted out! I've been in three separate stores this week, and not a dicky bird. I hope this helps someone else who might be going through the same thing.
It could appear to some that i'm flouting their rules, etc. But if they can't pull their finger out, then so be it. I'm sharing to help others. One manager can't just ban you from all their stores! They had no solid proof that I was using more than 100.00 per month! It is just hearsay and they must know it!!
I wouldn't worry about it. I was banned from all Morrisons when I was 11 for shop lifting. I was in the same store the very next day shopping with my mam.
All they can do is ask you to leave and as long as you walk out nothing more can be done. Then try again another day.0 -
Although I do feel for YQ and her highly unpleasant experience, I have to say that you are talking a lot of sense ! I wouldn't be quite so worried about the 'trespass' aspect - but, bearing in mind that YQ had been told VERY forcefully by Asda that it is totally against the APG rules to use more than £100 per month, she cant deny knowledge of that fact. I think they mentioned fraud etc - and at first she seemed really upset at the thought of the loss squad chasing her and possible police involvment. Now she seems to have gone from one extreme to the other - no longer worried about any of that and apparently thumbing her nose and pretty much daring Asda to collar her again.
I don't blame her for wanting to use her outstanding APG's - but I do think she would be much wiser to use them very carefully, in limited quantities and possibly get her DH to use some . Totally agree with you.I did try to tell her the other night not to create new apgs. Also I wonder if she is considering the cost of her petrol travelling miles outside of her area.Seems too great a cost to me especially buying luxury items like vodka and champagne.0 -
How blooming daft am I?! Sat here freezing wi the door open for the cat, and he's sat all nice and toasty in the greenhouse!!!
Monkey!
Gosh your house sounds like mine........Sitting here freezing while the dogs snooze but the minute I shut the door one will decide they need out:mad:
Even the rabbit is cosy in the living room (been there since the hurricane) Have told him he is back out to his two storey hutch today which does have two quilts and a waterproof cover on it and a gel warmer is added when its gets colder so its very snuggly and warm( mind he doesn't seem worried since I have said that to him every day for the past week!!)
Something is seriously wrong when I am sitting here shivering!0 -
It doesn't have to be spent in 2 years. It is 2 years from the last transaction.I am not young enough to know everything.0
