Hi thats awful. Feeling your pain still. hopefully you will get 4th or 5th then back on your feet for xmas.Im waiting on confirmation letter as to weather i get morning surgery or afternoon on nov 27th.only had 1 more attack since i came out of hospital 3 weeks ago thats the longest ive gone so far.

Ahhhhh that's fab news that you have gone three weeks with just the one, I can imagine how bad it was.
I bet it will be like going to the dentist and getting there and the toothache is gone.
Not that I will be complaining.

If I were you I would wait a few more days and then give them a call for your apt time, least you can be prepared then.

When I spoke to them This morning she said that she wouldn't give me a def date as she didn't want to build my hopes up due to me having been cancelled twice already! Fat chance!!

I would prefer to have 4th or 5th ( fingers crossed ) but if it has to be on 18th so be it!!
I'll be stockpiling T's finest creamy mash and goose fat potatoes for easy Xmas lunch :)

    Hello everyone:hello:
Just dipping my toe in very gently.
I thought I should say hello as I have started lurking here. I am not an imposter :), I don't want to tread on toes and I am trying to work out how to work the system without troubling you too much. I have to say its no mean feat to a newbie (as in new to the APG) but having read and re read I THINK I have an inkling now. I know once the final piece slots into place in my brain it will be so obvious I will feel ridiculous.:embarasse
Just to fill you in I am not new as joined earlier in the year but have fits and bursts due to life taking over, then I remember and come out to play and kick myself for forgetting to use the site!! When life takes over I even forget the cash back apps........ridiculous as its much needed but thats me I am afraid. Having got back into the swing of things I have topped up my Shopitize from £4.30 to £13.50 so very pleased.
I have been wondering why everything is not the way it was on the forum previously (so many changes) and I have seen your thread but didn't realise that it was so informative. I think I peeked once or twice and just assumed it was kind of a private party chatty thread which it is but in a good way and with so many prizes :T
The more I have scouted the board I realised that this is the place to be and have spent oodles of time trying to fathom it all out (again no mean feat). I ran away quite scared on more than one occasion  LOL. I have persisted of late and the horror of 100's of posts is no longer daunting as I am trying to keep up (only about 30 pages or so at a time now to digest). I have missed the BS and all the other glitches/bargains but increased my knowledge I think.
So thats me the little lurker fessing up. I will go to Sada soon and give it a whirl as soon as I feel confident. If I see a great glitch/bargain I will come to tell you although knowing you bunch it will be old news by then :) and I may chat but that will be a bad thing............I tend to get very drawn in to fun times and then whoosh my life will flash by me on the internet which I want to try and avoid so if I don't chat much please don't think I am being rude. You seem a lovely bunch of people albeit mad as march hares at times

Yup, a huuuuge welcome to you too...stay this time though eh ;)

I am apparently about 10% northern - somewhere around Bournmouth! Quite a long way out but definitely not in the north, although my father was from Newark and my mother from Lincolnshire. I get teased round here for being born in Stevenage :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I got the same and I am so in the south

Private property is any property owned by private persons and not by the government or reserved for public use. Private property includes buildings and real estate as well as objects and intellectual property. People who own property have the right to manage it and control it. A store, for example, is private property. Offering merchandise for sale implies an invitation to enter, but the store is entitled to ban someone from coming in. The person could be a suspected shoplifter or a troublemaker, or he can be banned for any reason, as long as it is not based on bias

I would be carful if I were in your shoes

as you could quite clearly not handle it when sada pulled you on your APG

you would crumble if they call the cops and you will get nicked for trespass as you are now officially banned by sada

and you cant deny it as sada have a signature and cctv footage of you that is backed up for months at a time before being recorded over

be carful because you can get nicked if they call the old bill I know as I have been done for trespass:eek:

also forgot sada like most stores circulate images and a list of banned people and shoplifters in there region I had this info straight from the horses mouth from a sada manager

stores have done this since the early 80s when all you needed for a refund with MaS was a carrier bag and people would go in and put a product in a bag and then get a refund at customer service and they would go from town to town doing it

I would not like to see anybody get arrested for some cheap shopping :(

so as long as you can handle it if the crap hits the fan carry on and good luck

Good Morning! I think it depends which supermarket. I bought M's ones last year and they had to be spent in one go. But I put 144.00 onto A's christmassavercard last week though, as it is topped up to 150.00 on 15th/17th November, and can be spent in bits and pieces as wished, as long as it is all spent within 2 years. 4% interest within 2 weeks of 'investing' sounds OK to me.

It doesn't have to be spent in 2 years. It is 2 years from the last transaction.

Are you a true northerner? Take the test. For some bizarre reason, I got 0%! :(

This test claims it can accurately tell you where in the country you are! Hmmm.

Haha apparently I'm 78% northern and from near Hull! :rotfl:

It's not far off though :T
