  • How blooming daft am I?! Sat here freezing wi the door open for the cat, and he's sat all nice and toasty in the greenhouse!!!

  • Hi, Morrissons do, but I don't think Tescos sell currys/pcworld vouchers. Last time we bought something big we bought it via vouchers bought in M's, so at least we got about 90p a litre off our next tank of petrol at M's. I think there is an upper limit of 1pound per litre off, but you would be spending 1000pounds to get that!

Thank you. No M's petrol station near us so not much use to me really. Oh well!
  • Hello everyone:hello:
Just dipping my toe in very gently.
I thought I should say hello as I have started lurking here. I am not an imposter :), I don't want to tread on toes and I am trying to work out how to work the system without troubling you too much. I have to say its no mean feat to a newbie (as in new to the APG) but having read and re read I THINK I have an inkling now. I know once the final piece slots into place in my brain it will be so obvious I will feel ridiculous.:embarasse
Just to fill you in I am not new as joined earlier in the year but have fits and bursts due to life taking over, then I remember and come out to play and kick myself for forgetting to use the site!! When life takes over I even forget the cash back apps........ridiculous as its much needed but thats me I am afraid. Having got back into the swing of things I have topped up my Shopitize from £4.30 to £13.50 so very pleased.
I have been wondering why everything is not the way it was on the forum previously (so many changes) and I have seen your thread but didn't realise that it was so informative. I think I peeked once or twice and just assumed it was kind of a private party chatty thread which it is but in a good way and with so many prizes :T
The more I have scouted the board I realised that this is the place to be and have spent oodles of time trying to fathom it all out (again no mean feat). I ran away quite scared on more than one occasion  LOL. I have persisted of late and the horror of 100's of posts is no longer daunting as I am trying to keep up (only about 30 pages or so at a time now to digest). I have missed the BS and all the other glitches/bargains but increased my knowledge I think.
So thats me the little lurker fessing up. I will go to Sada soon and give it a whirl as soon as I feel confident. If I see a great glitch/bargain I will come to tell you although knowing you bunch it will be old news by then :) and I may chat but that will be a bad thing............I tend to get very drawn in to fun times and then whoosh my life will flash by me on the internet which I want to try and avoid so if I don't chat much please don't think I am being rude. You seem a lovely bunch of people albeit mad as march hares at times

It can work in our favour sometimes, all this right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing business. I was told I was banned from all Asda stores and that if I was to darken their doors again, i'd be escorted out! I've been in three separate stores this week, and not a dicky bird. I hope this helps someone else who might be going through the same thing.

It could appear to some that i'm flouting their rules, etc. But if they can't pull their finger out, then so be it. I'm sharing to help others. One manager can't just ban you from all their stores! They had no solid proof that I was using more than 100.00 per month! It is just hearsay and they must know it!!

Private property is any property owned by private persons and not by the government or reserved for public use. Private property includes buildings and real estate as well as objects and intellectual property. People who own property have the right to manage it and control it. A store, for example, is private property. Offering merchandise for sale implies an invitation to enter, but the store is entitled to ban someone from coming in. The person could be a suspected shoplifter or a troublemaker, or he can be banned for any reason, as long as it is not based on bias

I would be carful if I were in your shoes

as you could quite clearly not handle it when sada pulled you on your APG

you would crumble if they call the cops and you will get nicked for trespass as you are now officially banned by sada

and you cant deny it as sada have a signature and cctv footage of you that is backed up for months at a time before being recorded over

be carful because you can get nicked if they call the old bill I know as I have been done for trespass:eek:

Could be worth trying Sainsburys. They do 70 branded gift cards for other stores, and you would at least earn Nectar points then. Head office 'thinks they do sell pcworld/curries cards' but you need to ask your local store. They are all stocked up by reps going store to store. My store doesn't stock them, but yours might...?. And don't forget you can order online and get topcashback or quidco payment, but then you can't pay in vouchers, as you have to pay in advance by credit/debit card.
I am not young enough to know everything.
