YQ, sorry to hear of your distress. As some others have said, I don't think it would be wise to raise your profiile any higher, by contacting head office. Time will blow things over.
However, one person's distress should now make others evaluate their own bargain hunting perhaps, and a good reminder to stay under the radar. either with glitches/multiple shops/recycling APG's/PPs/Pre ordering & cancelling/click & collect with new user discount etc etc. Subtlety is the key
I think this is a very good point to highlight, everyone should evaluate their own APG useage and think about what they would do if they were banned from their local supermarket, how would you be inconvenienced etc.
And I am only quoting your comment Midwinter as it was the first found scrolling back, but YQ definately should contact asda HO.
How much higher can she raise her profile, and whats the worse that can happen????? This needs to be fought as she has not done anything that deserves the treatment she got and the higher up she goes, the more likely she is to be able to shop there, and the less likely it is to happen to someone else in another asda.0 -

all you have to do is thank the opening post. nothing against you bubbs but I refrain from this. should we also say good bye to locarr for the previous thread. the thanks button is there for a reason no need to repeat by saying it on a post. again sorry bubbs
nothing against the new opening. it was just my turn to troll :rotfl: oops did I do it under my own recognised name.:)

Yes, I also frequently forget where Ive parked my car. Ive even forgotten which car I got there in a couple of times......it's a good job I can tell by the keys
:rotfl:
.........but I have kicked the tyres on a BMW once because I thought it was my OHs car and the key wasn't working. I had gone in my own car and was kicking someone else's car tyres:rotfl::rotfl:
