YQ, sorry to hear of your distress. As some others have said, I don't think it would be wise to raise your profiile any higher, by contacting head office. Time will blow things over.

However, one person's distress should now make others evaluate their own bargain hunting perhaps, and a good reminder to stay under the radar. either with glitches/multiple shops/recycling APG's/PPs/Pre ordering & cancelling/click & collect with new user discount etc etc. Subtlety is the key

It won't make any difference. He has no sense of direction. I'm just down the road from him but he thought I lived in Yorkshire.....or it was something like that:eek:
