  • What sort of cafe runs out of food?

Went to a Tosco instore cafe once and it could not serve a full breakfast because it had 'run out of some supplies,' they said.

When we laughingly pointed out they were in the middle of a very large supermarket they said they 'weren't allowed' to get food from there...

....because Tesco instore cafes are not operated by Tesco. They are contracted out to one of the big catering organisations who have to obtain their supplies from wholesalers.

and dare I say that those who break the rules of a scheme run by a company should not be surprised when said company doesnt want you to take part anymore..........and to those who suggest various excuses....well there are none - we all know the game - play it whichever way you want to but dont pretend it's something else.

    Tosco vs Sada pp
    2x lynx apollo washbag gifting £12.50 @ tosco £20.00 @ sada.

Taking me ages to use mysupermarket on tablet, so not sure if any use doing it sada vs tosco. Late on the uptake, and really no time to trawl other thread assuming the elite are aware of gift sets half price in tosco.
