I'm in the same boat bananababe, no beans, beer, pasta, crisps or choc here. I'm so busy at the mo it's just easier to grab the household essentials and do a muggle shop.
That and the fact my broadband is completely and utterly carp at the moment, it's a job to get on here. I'm on 3G and trying not to spend a fortune on it whilst I wait for the bloody engineer to sort it. :mad:

Im in the banana boat too. No snakes, crabbies, shower gel, pasta...but i did get finish, and i still have 84 bottles of lenor from car vouchers!

I think it's a little about respecting the resources we have and wasting less.

I feel I'm in a much better place today than I was a few months or even weeks ago. Don't get me wrong I love a bargain and will be the first to rush out if I REALLY need something but I'm a lot more sensible now.

Same here TM - sorted cupboards & freezer over the last couple of weeks and had to throw some food away which I hate doing. So made a promise to myself that unless I or family need something I will not buy.

But stopped myself throwing ood pasta, cereals etc:D If others can eat them and it hasn't killed them then they're good enough for me :rotfl:
