Cant believe it was almost a yr ago. Twas amazing. Thank god for facetime though or i dont think we would have lasted without the boys. It was definately not a place for small ones.

My best robbie concert was in 2006, saw him at ajax. Was 6 1/2 months pregnant. Got me very close to the front, the dutch were too nice!

We try to make our family time special as there is so little of it and its soon gone. Whilst we lived in dorset, my sister took full advantage of my mum and they have got themselves into a habit. My niece and nephew spend more nights at moms than at my sisters. Mom and i have had a few small arguments about it because on the rare occassion i have asked for her to do something, she has to check my sister doesnt need her first! Drives me potty. My boys arent keen on going to my mums, or anyones, partially my fault i guess, but they dont get asked. Mom had a caravan for a week and took my sisters kids. Mine desperately wanted to go so i took them, and my dad brought them back after the weekend as he had work. There wasnt enough room in the car for them all. They went to france last week and took my neice. Mum didnt want me to know but my sister is facebook addict and posted about it so i ahd excuses like, there is only one of your sisters, you ahve two so its more expensive.....ive given up. Its a bug bear.

I was in a similar situation, with mum having my eldest once! OH's mum had him once, and we went to pick him up as when we rang to check on his, she had his sisters kids and clearly was not coping. Non of the other kids have been looked after by their grandparents or relatives.

We live around the corner from mum, the kids have never ate at hers. But one sister and her kids were always there and she would have then at least 5 days a week. I asked her once to have them whilst I had a smear.. she refused stating my sister could not cope with shopping without her!!!! I put the kids in the car, and said I wouldn't be a mo.. I went back inside... the language was blue. But she never changed, I just accepted it. She was the one who lost out on that relationship with her grandchildren.

I must say that my sister is now really good with mum who has lots of health problems and as a family we would not cope without their special relationship.

Is it too early to put up my christmas decs? Its doing my nut. I have sorted them all out and got some new greenery to deck the fireplace. I just want to put them up.
Ive decided, im going to make the boys playroom into a grotto. Ive got loads of lights as i used to sell them. Ive got loadsa snow blankets. I was going to put them on the ceiling with the icicle blankets and some safe lights. Ive also got one of those cardboard play shops. I thought of painting it brown, like a cabin and decorating it. I want them to have an amazing christmas.

    That sounds awesome :T

I had cause to complain to Scotrail on 30th Oct.

They just replied, apologised that they didn't respond within their target 7 days and so they are sending me an additional £5 on top of my compensation

I don't think they have ever replied to me within 7 days :o;):D

Im an embarrassment to call myself MSE :o:o:o Although I am saving money by not spending on overstock (trying to redeem myself here. And I am using voucher against non food stuff etc for xmas.

I'm in the same boat bananababe, no beans, beer, pasta, crisps or choc here. I'm so busy at the mo it's just easier to grab the household essentials and do a muggle shop.
That and the fact my broadband is completely and utterly carp at the moment, it's a job to get on here. I'm on 3G and trying not to spend a fortune on it whilst I wait for the bloody engineer to sort it.
