Well I dragged myself down to the car boot. Car park and areas of the car boot itself had plenty water lying but still most stalls there. I had to use my stick today as couldn't manage with crutches when buying and carrying items I wanted. Quick hello to one friend as I went into the indoor market area, got 3 dettol hand wash refills for £5 and a new small halogen heater for £6 which Steve & Andy had asked me to get them then went into cafe for a bacon & cheese earnie. I'd chatted with the sweetie stall lady inside for a while but was getting upset talking and when Mr Cafe shouted across 'it would be Alan's birthday today, wouldn't it' it was time for tears again. He came out to speak to me but I couldn't talk to him much. I headed out, stopping to talk to another friend quickly and went back to car in tears

I was going to come straight home, but did actually manage to go to Tosco and Asda for the shopping I wanted, but found today very hard. I couldn't remember it being so hard last year, the first birthday missed, but Steve reminded me that I was glitch shopping for chocolates with my sister as she came down to visit me for that weekend last year. Actually, today has been my hardest day, the only time I have broken down when outside, and been unable to speak to people. I did avoid a couple of very close friends as I knew I would have been even worse

I do feel better now though ... that win by the Black Cats must have helped :rotfl:

All the best for today 3dogs:)

    Afternoon all

Having touble with shoptize. Not used it in a long while and has changed to a barcode scan thing. Is this meant to work like the apg barcode scan.
I can't get it to confirm scan of barcode . Last night I presumed I needed daylight but this is not helping either and light fading fast.

Have got as far as scan barcode, the scanner comes up, I put box over barcode, then nothing.
Anyhelp gratefully received as have bought a few things.

Will catch up todays news now.
    V x

Move over the barcode till you get the tick in barcode Space then click done. Just done beans, Andrex and coke
