Parking fine from smart parking (town and country)

    Ok so letter is typed out from the template above, gave it to my Dad to post on the way in to work this morn, managed to phone him and stop him before he has posted it as I found on the website of smart parking "Pay or Appeal fine".

    So I clicked in there thought I could copy and paste in the template above. Typed in all my details (reg and ticket no) and it says "no record of this ticket" it does say they may not of recieved it yet, but its been 4 days? I only have 11 to appeal !!!!!!!

    Would be very grateful if someone could advise of next move please as I do not want to reveal myself as registered keeper if they were just trying to make me scared and pay.

    I am going to ring the lease company today regardless and tell them under no circumstances pay a fine under the freedom of info act.
