I've been lurking for ages here, waiting until I see a funny / rude post on my local frecycle so I can join in the conversation......and finally I find 2 at once!

Hello, my scout group is holding a wet night later this month and we are in need of some inflatables - dolphins, dingys, large rubber rings etc Anything that they can use to slide down a big wet hill is great, the wackier - the better ! Am in xxxxxxx, but can collect from most areas, thankyou


Mind you, round here every night's been wet.....

Is it 'done' to say "welcome back" to people who had vanished before I joined? Well, hello anyway!

And to Morty, yes, they do grow out of it. #2 daughter is 25 now and emigrating to the States tomorrow, and I'll welcome the fact that international text messages are expensive enough for her to think twice about sending me drunken taxts at 3am, so I might at last get an unbrokenm night's sleep.

Im also looking for Old Bandages & First Aid Kits for first aid
sinarieos and Doing Fake wounds
they will not be used for medical purposes

Yes it happened to me too - didn't get as far as leaving home but this person said, and I quote, "it's Yours" - it was something I kinda needed and had been looking for, for a while so I emailed to arrange pick up time and place and heard nothing back, so after a few days eventually heard back saying as they had not heard from me they'd given it to someone else - funny that - they got my email saying I was interested that they replied to saying I could have it and the email days later when I chased them and they replied that it had gone , but oddly the email trying to arrange pick up didn't get through - really odd that isn't it ? :mad::mad::mad:
