Child access - reasonable or not?

I think it depends who moved away from the "family home". If your son moved away, knowing where his son would be based, then he should spend the time/money doing the traveling. If the mother moved the child away from the father then she should spend the time/money doing the traveling. If they have both moved to different places then they should share the travel between them.0

AFAIK you cant force the mother to do drop off/collections. So it may fall to the dads side of the family.
When my daughter was little my ex-hubby drove and I didn't. I started with good intentions of taking her to him but it took a lot of time and money which I couldn't afford. He had no alternative but to do journeys both ways, which to his credit he did.
It is reasonable to expect both parents to do it but it depends on willingness, finances and goodwill imo.
Thanks, as ive said we do not mind doing both trips. I like the drive and my son does not mind driving just dont want any hassle. All the big powers they've silenced me. So much for free speech and choice on this fundamental human right, and outing the liars.0 -

Thanks for that, we have no issues travelling, not an issue to us at all.All the big powers they've silenced me. So much for free speech and choice on this fundamental human right, and outing the liars.0
