Voicemails Left But No Missed Calls
Hi all,
I keep getting voice mails left by the company My Deposits (about 4 a week) chasing an outstanding invoice for someone ive never head of, I have rang them numerous times telling them not to contact me and I'm not the person they are after, anyhow that's a different problem.
My question is how are they managing to not actually ring me and just leave a message, I never have missed call from them, I have no diverts set up, no barred or blocked numbers, I would put this down to having bad signal but it happens every time, and I've even been looking at my phone when the voice mail comes in and I have 4-5 bars!
Its all very strange, anyone else had this?

It could be a scam. What type of number are they asking you to call back on? Premium rate such as 09 or 0871? I believe it's possible to send voicemails directly from one voice mailbox to another within the same network; this bypasses the prerequisite of a normal phone call.0

Thanks, its an 0844 number, same as on their website but there is a geographical number on Saynoto0870 :money:
I just find it bizarre that they are able to leave me a message but not actually ring:beer:0 -
Are you on EE? There have been lots of reports of people not being able to make or receive calls, even when their phone shows a strong signal.0
