EE internet Broadband review | the Brightbox is a dumbox. truly slow.

the EE Broadband internet will not last in the market. it is annoying slow.
I have had the EE Broadband for 6 weeks now and I can say it's the worst internet provider I've ever seen. it continuously drops connections. whether I'm connected with the Ethernet cable through the router or wirelessly, it's slow. when using the wireless connection, the router which they call "Brightbox" is right next to my laptop, yet it still loads every webpage very slowly.
They have such impressive adverts posted in billboards around England but when they are put to the test, it's horrible.
I'm considering to cancel the contract even if I was to pay a cancellation fee. the 'Brightbox' does not deserve that name at all. I would realistically call it the Dumbox.
I've used it during early morning, midday and late night. all the same.

Just another BT reseller now.
What attracts people to EE is the promotional pricing.
If you don't want LLU, the obvious choice is Plusnet. No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -
If you have slow speeds via WiFi and LAN cable, the issue is probably a poor ADSL signal down your telephone line due to a fault.
This is the point at which most people tell me they know the line is fine blah blah blah, the truth is you don't know that without performing a full Cu Line test from your ISP's end.
Time to give them a call!0
