    In some places.....

    We're still waiting for prices to recover but then, we were behind the curve when it came to them 'crashing' too and our prices were still going up!
    We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
    Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.

    Because rising gas prices doesn't allow debt-junkies to borrow more money.

    I can't speak for everyone but in our case it is because we own properties but no gas drilling rigs.

    Yeah but even living in my mums box room and having no valid opinions I managed to find a girlfriend and I don't even have to pay her to be with me! She was born female as well.

    This was a war.
    HPC wanted prices to crash at all costs. When they thought they had it right. Do you remember them saying?

    All home owners were sheeple

    Prices would drop up to 90% haha

    When the Xmas credit card bill comes in they will be on the street

    I'm going to offer under 50% then gazunder them down another 20%

    No more house parties listening to how much their house went up

    I tried to tell them. They didn't listen. I'm so clever.

    Etc etc etc.


    Well, HPC. You got it badly wrong.

    It's over. Finished. Now we are putting the boot into you. It's our right.

    Its not wrong to be on HPC club. Its crazy being foolishly loyal !!

    If they were smart enough to predict the crash, they should have been smart enough to jump the ship when the tide was turning.

    Its still not too late now, just that some people never get it.
    There is more to life than increasing its speed.

    Although, like all right thinking people I can only delight at the mockery of Bruce Banner and his gollum, The Maked Tulip; I can otherwise take no pleasure in a bunch of boomers gloating at their house prices rising from scarce money sucked from the pockets of the young.
