Id be grateful if anyone can help here.
I have a mp4 video file that needs rotating. Is there any way of doing this without loosing the picture quality. I have used QuickTime to re-encode it but it does loose its quality. I have also tried using the pass-through function however either the picture doesn’t display when opening in anything other than QuickTime or the picture displays the wrong way around again (back to square 1).

There are so many rotators available online but before going to download or purchase, find out the best MP4 rotator.

I used to use a little piece of software called Faasoft Video Converter to rotate MP4, MOV, AVI, WMV, etc, happy with it.
  • Many players like WMP,VLC can rotate MP4 videos. You may try it. If you are still in trouble, try iDealshare MP4 Rotator.

Remember, if resolution is not a biggie, just upload to your account in Youtube, rotate it there and re-download.

Your post doesn't make any sense. If the OP still reads this thread he would read the spam message too. And you helped the spammer by quoting his spam
  • I use Avdshare Video Converter to rotate MP4 videos.
It has both Mac and Windows version.

    Hi

I use Windows Movie Maker 2012 with WinX and rotate the clip before playing. Save the changes.

It does work, but is not 100% reliable, so very Microsoft.

This thread was started in 2007 so I expect the OP has rotated his video through 360 degrees by now and back again. Anyway chance for Spammers to publicise their software!!!
