Contact Details for ParkingEye

Does anyone have any contact details for ParkingEye please. All I can find on the Parking Charge Notice and their website is a postal address and two telephone numbers both of which put you through to an automated service and do not give you the option to speak to a real person.

I have been told by the Store in question that they have cancelled my parking charge with ParkingEye however it is still showing up as owing on the payment section of their website. I am keen to check that this has been cancelled as I need to appeal by 9th November which is Sunday before they increase my charge from £50 to £85 and upon trying today the online appeal section of their website is conveniently not working!

Thank you in advance.

I only know the online appeals thingy. Wait till tomorrow and if it is still not working send a complaint to the BPA about it:

Do not miss your chance to appeal, as the charge is NOT cancelled until you get written confirmation from PE.

If you are pushing time, do a short appeal along the following lines:

    Dear Sir

    PCN number xxxx
    Car reg number xxxx

I am the registered keeper of the above vehicle. I wish to appeal against the above charge on the basis that on xxxx your client - xxxx store - informed me that the charge had been cancelled. Therefore there is no longer any charge for you to enforce. In any case, even if there was a charge, there is no way that it could be a genuine pre-estimate of loss, therefore it is a penalty and unenforceable.

Please therefore confirm by return that the charge has been cancelled. If you refuse to do so, then send me a POPLA code so I can appeal to POPLA and get them to cancel the charge instead.

    Yours faithfully

When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

Thank you LazyDaizy. I will definitely submit this. My problem is that if I send this by post it probably won't arrive in time as it has to be there by Sunday although I will send it tomorrow 1st Class and hope! I have tried their online appeal service but it says there is an error and their engineer has been notified!

It would go to everyone on their internal network I suspect. :)

Hence why meanwhile you report this fault to the BPA by email for an assurance that you will not be disadvantaged by PE's own failure.

I did send this email earlier (at 21.25) to the enforcement email address so time will tell whether or not I receive a response tomorrow.

    Ref No: XXXXXX/XXXXXX

    Dear Sirs

I am writing with reference to the above Parking Charge Notice dated 26 October 2013 relating to Home Bargains Selby Car Park.

This morning the Assistant Store Manager of Home Bargains, Selby has contacted you to cancel this charge however when I check on your website on the payments section it still states that there is a £50 amount outstanding.

I have been unable to contact you to discuss this matter as both of the telephone numbers on your letter and website take you to an automated service and do not allow the option to speak to a real person. I tried to log onto your appeal section online to see if I could contact you this way but this is not working.

As your letter states I need to respond to you by 9 November 2013 I would request your confirmation by return email that you have received this correspondence and that you have cancelled the charge as instructed by Home Bargains.

    Thank you in anticipation.

I will do C-M thank you. I was waiting until tomorrow to do this if the online appeal was still not working as you suggested in your previous post.
