Debt Recovery Plus Ltd Help!

Interesting letter back from CSA, apparently Debt Recovery Plus has resigned their membership of the CSA and are no longer bound by their rules!
They are still pursuing us for this money. We wrote to Civil Enforcement on 7th November naming the driver but as we didn't name the driver within the 28 days (BPA Code 22.7 apparently) they still can pursue this with us? We have never received a response to our letter to CEL.
I am just going to ignore this unless anyone can furnish me with anything better to do?
Thanks anyway, I know there are a lot of people who know this inside out but this stuff really spooks me but I want to stand up to these gits.0 -
The driver can be named at any point before court papers are issued -
Incredulous really as CEL don't follow POFA and keeper liability anyway - they actually want the driver named!!0 -

Send a complaint email to the BPA and DVLA using the email addies in the NEWBIES thread. The POFA2012 says you are not liable as keeper if you name the keeper before court action commences. And you did...end of case against the keeper then. By law, never mind the CoP! The DVLA will agree.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
