apparently ive been told i dont have parental responsibility.. missed out by a year.. not sure how that works. I have to pay for him, which i have no issues with whatsoever so why dont i get any parental responsibility.. The ex did kindly tell my son i have no parental responsibility last weekend it would appear as he asked me why.. i couldnt answer him as i dont know.

I would gladly have him living with me.. but dont feel its fair on him to push this though.. if he wants to though is a different story.. she has indicated over her dead body will he ever live with me and if i find someone else i wont see him either..

I just fear at some point he will turn up on my door, its not the turning up really but the journey to my door with many very busy roads.. he has a lot of anger for her at times.

As someone above advised, get in touch with one of the fathers' support groups as well. It's always useful to learn from people who have been in the same position.
