Well done Jester :T. Although I don't think VCS will find anything amusing with the result :rotfl:
In any case, I doubt they'd have taken it to Small Claims - they wouldn't want to face the Court, Jester.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Just a quick question.. i dont need to do anymore right? lol
Also I'm going to right a letter to Humberside airport and complain that the company they have put in charge of their car parks are issuing unlawful parking charges and are a bunch of scammers. Any advice or info of what i can put in to cause some trouble? Also would it still be worth complaining to BPA about them?0 -
You don't need to do any more, no.
Personally I would only complain to the DVLA that they are giving out keeper data to firms at car parks and sites where there is no initial loss (no parking sum to be chased in the first place). As POPLA are finding these PCNs are unrecoverable, why do the DVLA still think that these firms have 'reasonable cause' to get data?
No damages and no outstanding 'sum in the nature of a fee' = no reasonable cause. And there is no cause to get keeper data re an Airport fake PCN anyway seeing as the keeper isn't liable on land covered by byelaws (also found by POPLA in the Southampton Town Quay decision).
I wouldn't complain to the Airport as these are easy to beat right now and we don't want them and the PPC working out some way to make these stick.
And I wouldn't tip off the BPA either, same reason.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

STOP, quick drop-off) at the Stansted Airport and few seconds after I saw the parking atendant car stoping behind me, So now I have a 75pounds worth picture from the company called "empark" -member of BPA.
