Hi, we were delayed back in 2009 on a BMI flight from Las Vegas to Manchester. My initial letter was sent 22.9.13 and 2 further subsequent chase up letters, 8.10.13 and 21.10.13 respectively, enclosing a copy/scan of the original boarding pass. I have since heard nothing at all, not even an acknowledgement.
Could you please help with what steps should I take now?
