    Earlier this year, a friend served me a piece of her Baileys and Chocolate Cheesecake (recipe on the BBC Food website).

    As a slight aside, Iceland have their range of Baileys desserts in store now.

    Baileys Cheesecake
    Baileys Profiteroke Gateau

    Those are the ones I saw in my local. I can very heartily vouch for the Dome Gateau having had one last year. Amazing. Not tried the other two but that will possibly change this year :D
