    torry i was wearing the shoes that split up the sides a few weeks ago.

    im not dismissing other suggestions, i have size 9/10 feet im a woman , looked in charity shops. friends have smaller feet, ebay, no money for that,what else do you suggest?

    You've done all that in half an hour? Asda do size 9 shoes, the cheapest being £6. I expect other supermarkets do similar. Gumtree, freecycle ...

    Each provider varies in what they offer. Some will even go shopping with you ;)

    no of course not i have done that in the last few days, im not near an asda , tesco only have size 8 and even i i was neat asda i dont have £6 until next week, thats the whole point i will buy shoes next week out of my jsa but dont have any now for friday so want to know i wp have to pay thats all

    So you did nothing about getting another pair knowing that you would need them for a future interview and that you were an unusual size. As others have said charity shops and supermarkets are your best place.

    no didn't do anything about it, obviously as i couldn't be bothered, not that i was waiting for next jsa and wanted to buy food and and use the CTC on m child's new coat and stuff or college, clearly i just want to have no shoes and get laughed at an interview, i was just asking a question, i don't want free stuff, i have worked for 25 years until i got made redundant, im 50 not stupid, you both have made me feel like !!!! im not stupid i know i need interview clothes i was just asking if wp should help for the time im stuggling.for a few days forget it

    Sorry if you feel that people are not being helpful but personally I just can't understand why you left it to the last minute ie when you have an actual interview. You do however want free stuff.

    As a thought do you have any male friends who could lend you some shoes as once on it wouldn't be obvious I would think.
